Traci Lyons, RN

Traci’s 17-year medical career includes work in the cardiac and women’s health sectors, but her passion for aesthetics and her own experience battling different skin conditions drove her to pursue medical cosmetics full time.
In order to truly help people bring out the best versions of themselves, Traci has undergone advanced training from companies including Allergan, Galderma, and Merz. She has advanced training in Platlet Rich Plasma (PRP) and microneedling techniques, including the Vampire Facelift, Vampire Facial, And Vampire Hair Restoration patented procedures.
Traci’s years of experience, advanced education, and artistic eye allow her to assess each individual and create an approach that is uniquely tailored to maximize their beauty.
Cami Killom, NP

Cami is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated top of her class from Carson Newman College’s MSN program in 2012. Cami’s passion for her medical aesthetics and the anti-aging industry led her to become certified through the Aesthetics Advancement Institute to administer neuromodulations and dermal fillers.
Cami stays on the cutting edge of the newest trends in medical aesthetics and facial rejuvenation. She is highly experienced in helping clients develop individualized medical-grade skincare regimens and treatment plans. Her specialty is creating natural-looking results tailored specifically to fit each client’s aesthetic wishes and needs rather than taking a general approach.

Meaghan Speer, RN

Meaghan is a Registered Nurse with a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, where she graduated Cum Laude. Meaghan loves being a cosmetic nurse injector because it allows her to combine both the healthcare and beauty industry together.
Meaghan is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decision regarding their individual wants and needs. She enjoys helping people feel more confident in their own skin and becoming the best version of themselves.
Meaghan continues to evolve and expand her knowledge in the industry by staying up to date with the newest and latest advances in medical aesthetics.
Neko Shae Cleveland
With over 15 years as a Licensed Aesthetician, Neko Shae has a reputation for providing results-driven medical aesthetics. She has advanced training in the most innovative medical aesthetic procedures that offer superior results. Neko is a certified Inmode face and body remodeling specialist who works diligently to provide optimal results for every client. Neko’s specialty treatments include IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Vasculase, Morpheus 8 face and body, and Inmode’s body contouring systems. Her expert training in the Votiva vaginal rejuvenation device makes her the area’s leading specialist in stress incontinence and sexual dysfunction.
Neko Shae is a certified Permanent Makeup Artist. She has advanced training in various styles of brow enhancement to offer the best result for permanent makeup clients. She specializes in brows, eyeliner, lips, and areola restoration.

Carey Robertson Cleveland
With a passion for helping others achieve healthy, youthful skin, Carey received her license as an Aesthetician through the Brillare Beauty Academy. She is a certified Phlebotomist and has a Bachelor of Science degree. Her passion for Aesthetics began when she developed skin issues at a young age and had to be treated by a Medical Aesthetician. Learning about advanced laser technologies that produce visible and permanent results led her to specialize in all the modalities offered by lasers for anti-aging, repairing and renewing the skin. Carey has trained under renowned Inmode laser experts and trained directly under the locally acclaimed Neko Shae. Carey’s expertise ranges from customized facials, peels, and HydraFacial’s to Inmode laser platforms, including RF micro-needling, IPL treatments and laser hair removal. Her favorite part about her job is helping her clients achieve desired results through a customized treatment plan and skincare regimen.
Dr. Daniel Barker
Meet our New medical director Dr. Barker brings his plastic surgery experience from Los Angeles and New York City to his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is committed to giving you the best results in rhinoplasty, nasal surgery, and plastic surgery of the face, head, and neck. He offers the latest surgical treatments as well as minimally invasive treatments such as Botox and Juvederm.
Biography
Dr. Daniel Barker is a Board Certified Head and Neck Surgeon specializing in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Barker grew up on Signal Mountain and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Dr. Charles Robert Thomas premedical scholarship.
He attended medical school at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He then completed residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Virginia, followed by advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California Los Angeles.
He practiced facial plastic surgery in Manhattan – New York City, before returning to his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He brings his experience from New York City and Los Angeles to Chattanooga, Tennessee. He specializes in Rhinoplasty, Nose Surgery, Botox, Juvederm, and Facial Plastic Surgery.
