Traci Lyons, RN
Traci began at Revive Aesthetics after its opening in 2018.
Her knowledge of aesthetics and business acumen prompted her to serve not only as a master injector but also as a practice manager within the company.
She worked for over ten years as a Registered Nurse in cardiac and women’s health before following her dream to work in medical aesthetics. A lifelong battle with her own skin conditions and continual research for treatments steered her into pursuing a full-time career in medical aesthetics.
She is passionate about helping her clients regain their confidence through a customized treatment plan to help them achieve their aesthetic goals.
Traci is renowned for delivering the most natural and beautiful aesthetic results and specializes in facial balancing and full-face corrections. Her skill set and unequivocal results are a testament to why she has many clients throughout the United States who travel to see her and why Revive Aesthetics ranks in the top 1% of MedSpas in the nation with a Presidential Elite status.
She regularly attends advanced continuing education to ensure she delivers her clients the best and safest aesthetic results. In addition to her role at Revive, she provides a mentorship program and trains other injectors regularly.
Meaghan Speer, RN
Meaghan is a Registered Nurse with a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, where she graduated Cum Laude. Meaghan loves being a cosmetic nurse injector because it allows her to combine both the healthcare and beauty industry together.
Meaghan is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decision regarding their individual wants and needs. She enjoys helping people feel more confident in their own skin and becoming the best version of themselves.
Her specialty is creating natural-looking results tailored specifically to fit each client’s aesthetic wishes and needs rather than taking a general approach.
Meaghan continues to evolve and expand her knowledge in the industry by staying up to date with the newest and latest advances in medical aesthetics.
Kaitlyn Darby, RN
As a nurse injector at Revive Aesthetics | Med Spa Chattanooga, I help clients reach their aesthetic goals through personalized care and guidance. My experience in the industry drives my commitment to natural, balanced beauty that enhances who you already are.

Carey Robertson
Licensed Aesthetician | Certified Laser Technician | Certified Phlebotomist
Carey brings a genuine passion for skin health to every appointment. Her journey into aesthetics began with her own skin challenges, which led her to work with a medical aesthetician and sparked a deep desire to help others feel confident in their skin. She earned her aesthetics license from Brillare Beauty Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, along with certifications in laser technology and phlebotomy.
Carey specializes in advanced treatments including RF microneedling, IPL, and laser hair removal using the InMode platform. She’s also known for her results-driven facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacials—all tailored to each client’s skin goals. With training from InMode’s clinical team and regional expert Neko Shae, she blends cutting-edge technology with personalized care.
What Carey loves most is partnering with her clients to create realistic, achievable treatment plans that leave them glowing—inside and out.
Emily Swafford
Licensed Aesthetician | Laser Specialist
Emily is a results-focused aesthetician with a warm, approachable style and a true passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. A top graduate of Brillare Beauty Institute, she combines advanced technique with genuine care to deliver treatments that are both effective and personalized.
Since beginning her career in 2022, Emily has developed a strong expertise in laser aesthetics, with a focus on skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, and corrective care. She joined the Revive team in 2024 and has since trained under leading national laser educators and works closely with regional expert Neko Shae.
Emily is highly trained across the Cutera platform, performing advanced services like CO2 skin resurfacing, RF microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal. She also offers tailored facials, chemical peels, and HydraFacials designed to meet each client’s unique skin goals. Whether she’s building a long-term treatment plan or guiding someone through their first laser session, Emily is committed to delivering care that’s informed, supportive, and results-driven
